Although one study even showed up to a 41% reduced risk of infertility for women taking multivitamins. Folate is an important vitamin that should be included, as well as vitamin B6 and vitamin E.

Be physically active (but not too active) – Everyone knows that exercise benefits many facets of your life, and the ability to become pregnant is benefited as well. However, too much intense exercise actually has a negative impact on fertility, so keep the exercise moderate if you are trying to get pregnant.

One study showed that women who have over 500mg of coffee every day took 9 and a half more months on average to get pregnant than those who didn’t.
